Questions and other enquiries regarding the policy should be referred to the contact addresses listed below.

a) Ownership and Hosting

...by Graf! ("Company") is an Information Technology Services consultancy based in Yardley, Pennsylvania, United States. The company is the sole proprietor of the site itself. All intellectual property conforming the site ("Content") is also the sole property of the company.

Hosting services for the site are provided by Bluehost, a Web Hosting Service headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, United States ("Host"). The Host may provide additional elements to enhance the site. These enhancements and their representative intellectual property are owned by the Host or the originator of said elements.

b) Enquiries

Any enquiries should be directed as follows:

II - Information Gathering

a) Automatic Data Collection

Due to the nature of the Internet, the Host's web server automatically captures the Domain and Internet address information for each individual accessing the site ("Visitor"). This type of data collection is required for the operation of any and all types of Internet-based communications, including session audits. All other data is information knowingly provided by visitors to the site.

b) Communication Features

Methods allowing visitors to make contact with the company may be incorporated in the site. The site may also include methods for visitors to establish contact with third parties. These methods may take the form of embedded hyperlinks ("Links") referring to other Web Pages on this or third party web sites, or as hyperlinks that interact with an external application installed on visitor's equipment in order to execute a certain activity, such as sending an email message. In such cases, only the required information is forwarded to the application. Any additional information that is entered into the third party application is provided by the visitor exclusively.

c) Interactive Features

The site may include enhancements such as, but not limited to, forums, polls, or questionnaires ("features"). Features may be operated and/or administered by the company, the host, or another third party.

Features are governed by the Privacy and Use policies implemented by their respective owners. By interacting with a feature, the visitor consents to being bound by all of the terms of said policies.

Features that allow visitors to exchange information with other visitors, such as forums, may be monitored by the company or by a designated third party ("Moderator"). Submissions made using such a feature may become public immediately or following its review by the moderator. The moderator's rôle is to determine if a submission is appropriate for the feature, and to prevent its publication if it is not. If a minor alteration will allow the submission to be in compliance, the moderator may make said alterations to the submission so it meets acceptable standards. The following criteria may prevent publication of a submission in its original form:

  • Conflict with the intended purpose of the Site.
  • Threatens individuals, organizations or nations.
  • Violates local, national, or foreign law.
  • Infringes on copyrighted or trademarked material.

It is further implied that multiple, identical submissions shall be removed.

d) Waiver of liability

Notice is hereby given that features may capture information and/or save cookies on the visitor's computer, other than those explicitly specified within the policy. This may be required for the proper operation of a feature, and/or where a feature is hosted by a third party requires it. The company shall be held free of liability or responsibility for any event or circumstance resulting from any misuse of said information.

III - Disclosures

Conformant to Section II.c, personal information collected from visitors shall not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent on a case by case basis. The sole exception shall be when disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal process or requirement.
  • Act to protect the interests of the community at large.

The Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall take precedence at all times where legal matters are involved.

IV - Miscellaneous

a) Cookies

Description: Cookies are small blocks of data created by the web server while browsing a web site. They are saved on the computer or device by the web browser. More than one cookie may be generated during a site visit. Cookies serve useful and sometimes essential functions, such as for recalling settings, storing frequently used information and other record-keeping, or to provide tailored content, among others. Cookies do not personally identify users, but can help make that type of information available.

Cookies generated by the site are almost exclusively for configuration and navigational purposes. Cookies generated by the host, or through features included in the site, are subject to the policies set forth by their respective proprietors.

b) Links

The execution method employed for opening web pages is determined by where the target document is located. When a link is a part of:

  • the site, the document will load in the same browser window or tab.
  • a different web site, the document will load in a new browser window or tab; a designator icon (External link designator) follows the link text.
